After 10 pm music and noise must be greatly reduced.
A deposit of €1,000 will be required upon entry to the house by bank transfer (no cashing). If you do not respect the rules of the house, we reserve the right to use it.
The maximum capacity authorized throughout the stay is 8 people.
A Minut anti-noise sensor is installed to ensure respect for the neighborhood.
A surveillance camera has been installed in the parking lots to ensure security.
