From 10pm onwards, music and noise pollution must be greatly reduced.

A security deposit of €2,000 will be required when you enter the house by bank transfer (no cashing). In the event of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to use the house.

The maximum capacity authorised throughout the stay is 7 people.

A Minut anti-noise sensor has been installed to ensure the neighbourhood is respected.

A surveillance camera is installed in the car parks to ensure security.
