Located just a short walk from the village of Lathuile, only 2 kilometres from Lake Annecy and 50 minutes from the ski slopes of La Clusaz, Megève or Les Saisies, this charming village house dating from 1800 invites you to enjoy a gentle, convivial break in an atmosphere that is warm, elegant and authentic all at once.
Combining old-world character with modern comfort, this house has been designed to offer the ideal setting for those who wish to come together, share and enjoy a peaceful stay close to the lake and the mountains.
With three comfortable bedrooms, it can accommodate up to 6 people, making it perfect for a family holiday or a trip with friends. Every space has been carefully decorated to create a cosy and calming atmosphere.
The living room is the true heart of the house: a warm space where guests love to gather after a day in the fresh air, whether around a crackling fire or over a relaxed aperitif. The large, modern and fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals together, while the adjoining dining room invites long evenings of good food, laughter and shared memories.
Outside, a well-appointed terrace and a pleasant garden with mountain views offer a peaceful corner perfect for unwinding. Whether it’s a sunny breakfast, a summer evening around the barbecue with friends, or a quiet moment with a book, everyone will find their own little haven of tranquillity.

Other remarks:Parties, late-night gatherings, as well as bachelor/bachelorette parties (EVG/EVJF) are NOT ALLOWED.

There are only 2 free parking spaces. Please arrange to park a maximum of 2 cars only.
From 10 pm, music must be turned off and noise levels significantly reduced.
A €2,000 bank deposit authorization will be taken upon arrival (no actual charge). This deposit will only be debited in case of non-compliance with the house rules or in the event of observed damages.
The maximum capacity allowed throughout the stay is 6 people.
Please note that the apartment is not accessible to people with reduced mobility due to the presence of stairs. Additionally, since the terrace is not secured for young children, particular caution is recommended when it comes to kids.
A Minut noise sensor is installed to ensure respect for the neighborhood.
