This recently built chalet offers a 180-degree view of Lake Annecy. Its sleek design and glass façade let the light in and provide an unobstructed view of the magnificent surrounding nature.

The chalet has been designed to ensure that the guests are perfectly comfortable. The spacious living room with its large and welcoming sofas also offers an office area. The fully equipped kitchen is very roomy and promises real moments of conviviality.
The interior surface is 170 m2 and the 30m2 terrace has a jacuzzi that can accommodate 5 people and offers a breathtaking view of the lake, Annecy and the surrounding mountains. For your meals and relaxed moments, enjoy the outdoor living room and the dining table on the terrace.

Located in a very quiet environment, the chalet is close to a river. Many hikes and bike rides can be started from the house. The Semnoz, located 25 km away, offers a panoramic view of the Mont Blanc with a ski area, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing in winter and biking, mountain biking, hiking in summer.

Accommodation
The house has 4 bedrooms, 1 on the ground floor and 3 on the second floor.
On the ground floor: a bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a sofa and a sink.
On the 1st floor, 85m2: kitchen, living room, office area, large terrace, toilet and laundry room.
On the 2nd floor, of 70m2: master suite with view on the lake and private shower room.

Parties, late nights and bachelorette parties ARE NOT ALLOWED

The hours of use of the jacuzzi are from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. at the latest. It is open all year round

There are only 3 free parking spaces. Please arrange to park only 3 cars.

From 10 p.m. music and noise pollution must be greatly reduced.

A deposit of €2000 will be requested upon your entry into the house by bank imprint (no collection). In the event of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to use it.

The maximum capacity allowed throughout the stay is 8 people.

A decibel sensor is placed in the living room to ensure respect for the neighborhood.
