With a generous surface area of approximately 180 m², the house can accommodate up to 8 people. It features 4 comfortable bedrooms and 3 modern bathrooms, offering the ideal setting for a family or friends getaway.
The interior combines modernity, comfort and a warm atmosphere. The spacious and elegant spaces have been carefully arranged to create a welcoming and refined ambiance. Perfect for relaxing with family or friends, the house is fully equipped, with air conditioning in every room for optimal comfort in all seasons.
Outside, enjoy a large garden, a beautiful terrace with heated swimming pool and an exceptional panoramic view over the lake and surrounding mountains. Private parking is also available.
Set in a peaceful and unspoilt environment, the house will charm you with its unique setting blending comfort and authenticity. Just 10 minutes from the beach, you can walk down to the lake and fully enjoy water activities and lakeside strolls.

Check-out: 10:00 AM
There are only 4 free parking spaces. Please arrange to park no more than 3 cars.
The swimming pool may be used until 10:00 PM at the latest to avoid noise disturbance and respect the neighbours.
After 10:00 PM, music and noise must be significantly reduced.
A security deposit of €4,000 will be required upon arrival by bank imprint (no charge taken). In the event of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to use it.
The maximum authorised capacity throughout the stay is 8 people.
A decibel sensor is in place to ensure respect for the neighbourhood.
