With a generous surface area of approximately 140 m², the house has 3 comfortable bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 5 people as well as one additional child if needed, in a warm and refined atmosphere.
The property is situated on the second floor to make the most of the view. A dumbwaiter lift is available to assist guests with mobility difficulties or for transporting luggage and groceries.
The spacious and light-filled interiors have been carefully arranged to combine contemporary design with a calming atmosphere, creating the ideal setting for rest and relaxation.
But the true gem of this property is its panoramic balcony, overlooking the shimmering lake and the surrounding peaks. It is the perfect spot for outdoor aperitifs, moments of relaxation or simply admiring the spectacular sunsets.
The property also benefits from access to a private beach just 100 metres away, shared with the co-ownership — a rare privilege for making the most of the lake.

Parties, late-night gatherings, stag and hen parties ARE NOT ALLOWED.
Check-in: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Check-out: 10:00 AM
There are only 2 free parking spaces. Please arrange to park no more than 2 cars maximum.
After 10:00 PM, music must be turned off and noise must be significantly reduced.
A bank pre-authorisation of €2,000 will be taken upon arrival (no charge made). This deposit will only be debited in the event of non-compliance with the house rules or damage found.
The maximum authorised capacity throughout the stay is 8 people.
Please note that the apartment is not accessible to people with reduced mobility due to the presence of stairs. In addition, as the terrace is not secured for young children, particular care is recommended with toddlers.
A Minut noise sensor is in place to ensure respect for the neighbourhood.
