Discover Maison des Balmettes, a spacious 155 m2 house located at the gateway to Annecy’s old town, just 10 minutes’ walk from the lake. This 3-star accommodation can sleep up to 10 people (max 10 adults, 1 baby) thanks to its 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Enjoy the 50m2 garden and outdoor dining area where you can relax, enjoy summer meals or play with the children. There is also a private garage for 2 cars, which is rare in the old town.
The house has 3 floors and is fully furnished and equipped for your comfort: fitted kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, TV, wifi, etc.

A Minut anti-noise sensor is installed to ensure respect for the neighbourhood.
