The VENEZCHEZVOUS experience:Nestled in the picturesque village of Montmin, a stone’s throw from the famous Col de la Forclaz and just 25 minutes from Annecy, this beautifully renovated barn offers an unforgettable living experience. Combining rustic charm with contemporary design, it boasts spacious accommodation and a warm ambience.

As soon as you enter, you are greeted by a vast living space bathed in natural light thanks to large windows offering uninterrupted views of the surrounding mountains. The carefully restored solid wood beams add an authentic touch to this spacious home, while the clean lines of the modern furniture create a harmonious contrast.

The living room, the centrepiece of the barn, is arranged around a wood-burning stove that radiates a gentle, enveloping warmth, inviting you to relax after a day spent exploring the surrounding area. Winter evenings are particularly pleasant here, warmed by the crackling logs and the soft glow of the fire.

The kitchen, the heart of the house, is designed for food lovers. Its spacious layout makes cooking a pleasure, with modern equipment and plenty of storage space. A large central island is an inviting place for sharing and conviviality.

The barn’s location is ideal for outdoor enthusiasts. Hiking trails can be accessed directly from the house, and paragliding enthusiasts will love the Col de la Forclaz, renowned for its exceptional flying conditions. For the more adventurous, canyoning in the nearby gorges promises a thrilling experience. In the evening, the sunsets over the Col de la Forclaz offer a breathtaking natural spectacle.

A deposit of €2,000 will be required when you enter the house by bank transfer (no cashing). In the event of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to use the house.

The maximum capacity authorised throughout the stay is 6 people.

A decibel sensor is placed in the living room to ensure the respect of the neighbourhood.
