There are 4 free parking spaces. Please organise to park a maximum of 4 cars.

From 10:00 pm onwards, music must be turned off and noise levels greatly reduced.

A deposit of €2,000 will be required upon entering the house by bank pre-authorization (no cash). In the event of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to use it.

The maximum capacity allowed throughout the stay is 8 people.

A Minut anti-noise sensor is installed to ensure respect for the neighbours.

A surveillance camera is placed on the parking area to secure the parking.
