Please note that as the house is located on the heights, you will need to climb about 70 steps from the parking area to fully enjoy this exceptional view and environment (a freight lift is provided to relieve you of carrying luggage or groceries).

The maximum occupancy allowed throughout the stay is 8 people.
A decibel sensor is installed to ensure respect for the neighborhood.
